This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website at www.saffa.my
By placing an order on Saffa.my, you agree to this policy and the terms outlined below. If you have any questions or need help with a return, please contact our Customer Care team at care@saffa.my before sending any items back.
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items — such as innerwear, hijabs, hand socks, accessories, and sale items — are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all return requests.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund — depending on product availability. If the item is no longer in stock, we may issue a store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Returns that do not meet the conditions above (such as those with makeup stains, perfume scent, or signs of wear) may be rejected and sent back to you. Saffa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
Shipping costs for returning an item are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). For approved returns, we recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining your tracking receipt. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider. If you used a coupon or discount code, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
For exchange requests, please note that exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability). If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose to receive store credit instead. Store credits issued by Saffa can be used for future purchases and are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
